This is beyond bad service. I am still waiting to hear from telkom as to why i cannot upgrade my three phones yet after the contract is already 24 months old. I pay every month but i do not get the service i deserves. It is already a year since the problems with telkom started. I have no other option as to seek legal advice to solve this problem if i do not get a respond from by this comming Friday 29th January 2016. My money is good enough but they cannot upgrade my 3 phones. How is that for business. It is disgusting. Such a big company.
