******* customer service!

Telkom may have good deals on phones and data, but it knows nothing about customer service! For brand that has been known and trusted for so long, its pathetic! I bought a mifi router online. The router was delivered with no sim card. Now no-one can seem to help me. No-one responds to my emails. I went to a Telkom shop amd even they cant help me. They told me to call 10213, which was just as useless because they said they made a note for someone to call me. Its almost 2weeks now!
