******* and Useless Telkom Insurance

Telkom Insurance has to be the most useless service there has ever been. I claimed for a damaged cellphone in June 2020 and submitted my damaged phone TO Telkom Wonderpark on 26 June. From there on it has been such a mission for me to get my phone back, even today I am still struggling with people who are not willing to take responsibility or accountability. I've been sent from pilaar to post with Noone seemingly knowing where and the status of my phone is. At the time finrite was administering their insurance and I think I spoke to over 20 so called call center agents useless useless useless all of them. They then moved to Admin Plus and they are even worse. They can't take the trouble of picking up a phone and requesting feedback, all they know how to do is to send an email that will never be responded to as a follow up. I was copied in one of the follow up emails and even after a whole week Noone has bothered to give any feedback. I have myself responded to the mails as I insisted kn being copied into the mail and sent 3 follow ups jn the last week and noone responds. I have been paying insurance for a phone I haven't had in my possession for 5 months and Noone seems to care or give a damn. This has been the most frustrating period where absolutely no care is given regarding my predicament. I a due for an upgrade on my contract but will not even think about it because of this atrociously stinking lack of service.
