i just received an email stating that i owe way more i was shocked and confused. Im trying to call me and it keeps putting my backing to the robot to select an option even though i already selected billing and accounts queries. I have an issue with Telkom since December and with the lack of consultants I've been dealing with for the past two months is a nightmare.
