Roxanne The Rude consultant

Roxanne failed to help me unsuspend my line. she said I will receive an email from her but she failed to do that. She also failed to explain Why R990.00 was deducted on my bank account on the wrong time of the month. I did have funds available at the end of the month however nothing was diducted. I keep on having a suspended line month after month. she was not able to explain why I owe R990.
