Router Query

hi<br> <br> I have app**** online for the wifi router on Monday and up till now I have not received a call back form anyone at Telkom. on Tuesday I went into the store and was approved for the special and until now I have received no feedback regarding when will stock be available. I received an sms from Telkom yesterday to rate the service received. why would I want to rate a service provider who does not even keep their customers in the loop. I would appreciate urgent feedback regarding the stock of the router or where I can fetch it from. the malls close to me are southgate and traderoute mall
