Router not working no reception

On 23.05.2019 Siyathembana Trading 106 from Umhlanga Ridge sold a router to me on behalf of Telkom. I stay in an area where there is no telkom reception. After trying everything to connect in 2019, they told me that they will not take the money from my account. Up to today I am still trying to stop the stop order on my account, but no luck.
