Router, Data and Educational Voucher.

I App**** for 20GB package (10GB anytime and 10GB nightflyers) that cpmes with Router that comes with Educational Voucher for R50 000for only R145 Through @mondo, i ap**** on the 02 August 2021 and they delivered on the 01 September 2021 but they didn't activate it, when i enquire they said they it was activated Yesterday and there is no Voucher, so Telkom if basically ******** people because they calling us to offer the Insurances and when i refused Insurance they don't want to give me the educational voucher, Where else on the Application with Mondo there was the same Package that excluded Educational Voucher at R99 now Agent from mondo by the name of Thulile says is only Simcard, I spoke to Zamokuhle on the 16 September 2021 and He ensured me that they will call me before they process the activation, this is a ***** because now i have to pay more for what is not agreed upon, Come to collect your package to where it was delivered to.
