Round and Round in circles tryng to get help from Telkom

Telkom sucks! I can get quicker reponses and more sense if I talk to the Sphinx!!!!! Accessing via their Lerts Chat link. Agent tells me she wants 2 to three minutes "to operate her systems", eventually comes back to me with the wrong info and then after some thirty seconds tell me I'M taking too long to respond and cuts the connection. FFS!!!!!
