Rouges debiting me for money not payable to them

I am absolutely fedup with Telkom and their stupidity. After owing me over a R1000 for the past 5 years and not refunding my money, they are now charging me exorbitant unpaid fees and debiting me for amounts that do not even tie up to my bills. I have 2 cellphone contracts, and in December i decided to pay one early and let the other bill go off as per the normal debit order. The 1st amount was paid 9 days before the debit date, which was the 31st December. They decide to re-debit me for the 1st contract that was already paid and when i reversed the double debit, they charge me R202 for an "unpaid fee" Now at the end of Jan 2024, they don debit me for the second contract, but charge me an "unpaid fee" of R202 again, and then proceeded to debit me for almost R700 which does not reflect as a payment of either of my 2 invoices. I want to know what the hell is going on with my invoicing?!!!!!!!! Ive even called Telkom billing and held on for over 45minutes with no response
