Rotton Service Apheliziwe Pram!!!

I have a Debit Order with Telkom for the 27 the of every month.No limit on the amount.On the 14 I started getting messages from Telkom that I owed R700.I went to Telkom Menlyn.Stood in a queue for 75 minutes to hear that I must call Apheliziwe Pram who will assist me.I called and Apheliziwe told me to send a email which I did.U have since sent Apheliziwe 15 email and have had no help absolutely nothing.In fact two days ago my line was suspended!!! I called Telkom again over and over and was told to send more emails.On my account it clearly states monthly amount owed! payment due 31 August 2017!!! But Telkom goes and suspends my line on the 15 the if August!! The "New" Telkom worse than ever before!! This is pathetic!!! Apheliziwe Pram you should go home because you are clearly not interested in working for Telkom!!
