ROTTEN SERVICE: TELKOM MOBILE ONLINE SERVICE

Telkom Mobile and its online service agents are the worst nightmare you can come across. you follow-up on the order made and they debited my account and close to two weeks i'm still sitting with no answer or update on online service. why do they need to have such a service offering if they cant honour their promise? the order was on the 22 may 2018 and they debited the money on the 25th May 2018 now i have to call them daily as if there's no customer service. better they refund customers if they cant do their job and close that service wing.
