Rotten service from Telkom SA and Old Mutual Insurance

My wife have a Loyalty Funeral Cover with Telkom SA of which Old Mutual Insurance are the underwriters. She passed away on 23 Nov 2020. I have been sent back and forth between Telkom and Old Mutual for ten days now and nobody can tel me how to lodge a claim. Calls to Old Mutual call centre are not answered and after holding for 30min or more it is just cut. No records can be found on their systems but I have all the information that were sent to her by Telkom. These are the worse two companies to deal with and I will not recommend any body to make use of their financial services. They a quick to accept you premiums but when claim time arrive they just pull up their shoulders and send you to the next department. Disgusting service. from both of them.
