Rotten service

<p>Its been 13days...3 faults logged.2 escalated faults.call centre agents who either hang up my calls,put me on hold forever or are rude,sarcastic,very impolite and have very cold tone of voice..to date not a single technician or person has contacted me at all...they have turned my whole life upside down..with no phone service or adsl for 2 weeks.they r clueless when u call and arrogantly make u feel like they doing u a favour. .no enthusiasm what so ever or any interest.Telkom staff do not have a clue what Customer Care means...i am at wits end with your ridiculous service! !!! </p>
