<p>Telkom replaced our land line with a Fixed line 'Look A Like' System In July 2015 after cable theft. This system Never worked as promised by telkom. The telephone line loses signal all the time, we are Not able to make or receive calls for most of the working day. I reported the problem to Telkom and they did nothing about it. I then escalated the problem to their Escalations department and once again as expected nothing was done. It's been about 12 Months now and notwithstanding the fact that i had spoken to several people at Telkom, Nothing was done. I sent an email on the 25 July 2016 to Telkom's CEO, however i did Not receive a response. This is a business line. I am disgusted and disappointed with Telkom's rotten service.</p>
