ROSEBANK TELKOM STORE LOST

On the 21 November we at the company I work for, did an application for an LTE device - due to our Telkom line cables being ******.

To Date the LTE application is still waiting approval - for the small amount of R99.00. We have several accounts with Telkom and somewhere along the line someone has dropped the ball. I have continually phoned and yet get the same story. Telkom Mobile - you are losing the plot and we are losing business in the interim. Kindly advise
