Rosebank Telkom lady ****** me of 20gb confirming my name and number

<p>I baught 20gb data R599 special the lady took my number at the Rosebank Telkom shop and she confirmed my name all was well on 30 July 2016 , <br /><br />I bought this data for my router that i will use today 9 August 2016 as I wont be at home to use my normal ADSL land line connection and as I use it I realize its telling me I need to buy data ????? <br /><br />After investigating I realize the lady inserted a different number when i looked at the receipt ? how she got lucky with me not using it till today is asstonishing to say the least. i will say this her representitive number on the recipt is JM3 ? surely she didnt use her own to get away with this ?branch number: 3190 terminal: 3190-1 and this is the number she used ********** 079 instaed of my correct one that she even confirmred my name with ??<br /><br />lucky for her i can get there anytime soon so i hope this will give me a head start somehow<br /><br /></p>
