Rooter signal constantly dropping

I am extremely frustrated with the quality of service I’ve been receiving. My Telkom router has been giving me problems for days now, and the signal keeps going on and off throughout the day. This interruption makes it almost impossible to work, study, or even use basic online services.

I have restarted the router multiple times and checked all connections, but the issue continues. I am paying for a stable connection, yet I’m receiving the opposite.

Please resolve this matter urgently or advise on a replacement router or technical support. I cannot continue with a service that is unreliable and inconsistent.
