Rooter not working

I have a wifi rooter for 6 days now went to telkom already 3 time because the rooter does not connect. It is not due to coverage. I asked them to contact me after the 3 time i went in and i am still waiting so call and they gave a time they will call me. Bad service and the rooter is still not working!
