I phoned Telkom today again to find out if they cancelled my order for the Samsung galaxy A8 I placed on the 23/11/2018. I was told it is still on the system, I asked if they still have no stock for the phone, the guy said that they is no stock available since black Friday, the same day I ordered the phone, he then told me that Telkom has not ordered stock and they are not planning to according to the message's on the system. I told the guy that all the other network providers have stock of the phone, so it is not like there's no stock in the country. he said he does not know why Telkom is not ordering the phone. They debited my account for the phone, one month has past now and they don't want to order stock for the phone. This whole deal for the black Friday was a ****, they wanted to sell the Samsung galaxy A6+ because no one was buying it. People are forced to take that replacement phone or take a refund. Telkom are ******** they false advertise. That's the reason they don't want to order the Samsung A8, they want to get rid of the Samsung A6+ which no one wanted. Telkom are Rogues!!!
