Rogue mobile company
I have reversed a duplicate payment from my bank account on 1 April 2023 payable to telkom. Telkom has now charged me R202.70 On 28 April 2023 my bank account was debited for R1435.75 and this amount is not reflecting on my telkom account. Firstly telkom wrongly advised me to pay and also debit my bank account proves to show how incompetence they're consultants are. I'm very disappointed with telkom and will not renew or upgrade any of my contracts in future
