Rodgers Nyundo - customer service champ

I would like to commend Rodgers Nyundo for his great attitude and excellent customer service. I had been having a lot of trouble with the previous consultant I had been dealing with and almost moved my business, when Rodgers Nyundo agreed to step in and help. He had been reluctant to take the business away from his colleague, which I very much respected - but ultimately I needed help and I was so relieved when Rodgers eventually came to my rescue. I was waiting for the branch to get stock of the phone I ordered for my new contract. Initially, I was promised it would take a week. I tried to call the branch to confirm there was stock, but getting through to speak to someone is impossible, so I went to the store in person 4 times over the next 2 weeks. Each time, I in the hopes of getting an update as to when my handset would be in stock. Eventually, when i was at my wits end, Rodgers stepped in. He called me several times that day, with updates - and in total it took him only 24 hours to sort out the problem. I was so relieved and grateful for his good service and \can do"attitude.
