Robbing you of service that you pay for.

<p>Telkom has no platform on which they can or even will provide service to a paying customer. They managed to in a 2 month period going from telling us that they take 5 bussines days to log a complaint for a router that is not working to losing our router between the Woodlands store and the couriers. You phone the stores they dont answer you go to the store and they make you wait for hours only to tell you they dont know where it is, they promise to phone you back and yet I am still waiting. They rob you of service without blinking, I have not had the use of the service for the last 2 months now and still they take of the money for the service every month. TELKOM is getting away with poor service and mistreating clients, no one has pride in providing a service anymore.</p>
