Robbing their customers

Every year since I got a contract they double or triple my contact amount and when I call they say I subscribe to something, I log on Telkom to see what because I DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to anything I spoke trisva or trisva and OH MY WORD. How was she hired???? I asked her to log a call and that I want my money back. Still waiting for a reference 🤬🤬🤬🤬
