Robbing the pensioners.

My parents telephone has been out of order since the 1/07/2014. We have called in and reported it, as well as logged online. ***. You call the call centre and hold on for almost an hour only to be cut off. remembering these are two pensioners who have to now use their cell for this call because their land line is not working. 8 days later no one has contacted them. Hope Telkom is going to pay for all their cell calls to their call centre. Terrible service.
