Robbing Customers Money?

Telkom is full of ****, i want a cancellation ASAP. Charles Legege is full of lies, empty promises. He better phoned me, because I'm taking this to my Lawyers. I want that voice recording where he said the matter has been resolved. This morning I was debited R1153.00. No one at the store had told me about the spend limit of R500 I had when I signed this contract. I knew i was going to pay R149. So this is how you robbing people? And believe me I am going to reverse that money from my bank until you sort this matter. For 2 months I paid R650 for something i didn't know about until I went to the store and to find out. Now I want my money back. Charles Legege is not replying to my emails and I'm taking this to my Lawyer. I would not advise anyone to take contract with Telkom. You are full of ****. Nxa

I am so disgusted by Telkom, they dont care about their customers. All they care about is ripping people's money. I want to cancel my contract. I've been requesting for this since July but no one wants to assist. Charles Legege promised me this matter will be sorted but no till now nothing. my account was suspended because i blocked the debit, like i said before i am not going to pay for something i did not agree to. My contract was R149 not R650. This is how ripping people's money because when we sign the contract, no one is telling us about the spend limit. I
