Robbing Clients their money

I have been with Telkom for more than 10 years. I have 3 contracts with them. I remember very well going to their outlet to change my spend limit to zero for all my contracts to avoid surprises at the end of the month. Until in November when I realized money billed on my account. I even called them in the beginning of December to ask them what is going on. The lady did not even answer why the system changed our spending limits. The lady changed it back to Zero. But she said it will take effect from the following month. I told her why it is charging me while I did not even finish the data, she could not even answer. I removed the starter pack from the device and put it away. I normally spend around R 1117 every month. To my surprise this month I was charged R1594. I called again, the lady said I have used the data. I said I removed the starter pack from the device but she insist. To me Telkom is ******** its clients by forcing them to pay for data not even utilized and no customer can wake up and change spending limits on their contracts knowing its very expensive exercise. Once all my contracts are finished I will evacuate Telkom and I will never advice anybody to take their contracts.
