Someone needs to contact me back regarding th nonsense this company is catching on with my account. They take their money on the wrong day, then have the audacity to want to double charge me plus add a penalty fee. For who? For what!? Because my account is up to date as per the last agent I spoke to. Someone needs to contact me regarding this or I'm definitely taking legal action. Month after month. Same thing.
