******* and just plain bad service

<p>Not going with the long explanation on this one as telkom needs to get back to me asap , each month a debt order goes off my account the 27th of each month besides if its on a public holiday etc. The month i see it went off the 26th when the account was drained and also caused the debt to bounch for 1 and 2 cause me an extra charge i only noticed this info when i got 2 thretening sms's today all this time we were cool and now they went and *****ed it up. I really hope this matter gets fixed cause my 27th is not the 26th.</p>
