My fibre line was suspended on the 26th last year for late payment which was odd to me since i always pay them on the 1st.Now that ive payed them all the way to February they simply refuse to lift the suspension on my line.Ive talked to atleast 5 consultants from technical and billing.1 consultant flatly **** to me and said our line is fixed and hanged up.Once i told the other consultant the same story he could't even believe she did that since it clearly shows its not fixed....getting barely 18kbps on a 10mb fibre line is not FIXED its still broken.My case has been forwarded 3 times so that someone somewhere can just lift the suspension and it still hasn't happend.
