I went to telkom woodland to upgrade on my suprise old contract is still taking my money went to the shop they told me I got two contracts, I asked them what's an upgrade meaning, if I wanted two contracts why did I wanted till I I qualified for upgrade. Now is their words against mine cos I signed but I was signing for upgrade Hello Peter please help people like me who are being abused by big companies like Telkom stilling daylight from us. I would appreciate if you can help me on this I told the lady which they called in management positions which I doubt she was cos she told me I need to come to the person who was doing upgrade for me an that individual is onn life but I didn't go to individual during my time doing upgrade I went to the shop now because they want to continue with thos **** I should wait for individual
