I received a call a year back with regard to renew my contract, I was told I will get 10 Day and 10 night Gb but ever since I only received day data, I got a call this morning from consulted, forgot the name ND he confirmed that I should have received it like that but unfortunately they cannot give me back my data that I lost a year ago instead I am being given customer service number for me to call.

I called my contract 2 months back on my other cell number but funny enough I still get the benefit and my account is being still debited to I have even send the cancellation, Telkom is the worst.
