I cancelled my 2 years telkom cellphone contract once the two years elapsed. To this day I am still being debited each month.

I have phone them to cancel (which they confirmed was done when actually they did nothing) I have emailed multiple times (never had one response) I have even gone into the telkom store to cancel it (which they confirmed in front of me that it was cancelled)

I demand this highway ******* to stop or I will have to pursue legal action or approach the ombudsman for debit order *****
