Telkom has been debuting me for the last 4 months for a device that I returned sealed the next day which was sold to another customer. They are taking 4 months to cancel my contract and reimburse me. This is rediculios. I had to go back to the store 4 times and I have spent hours with the call center with no joy. They are literally *****ing from me now.
