I was debited thrice in December before my debit date and till this day I have not received feedback.. I keep getting told that there's a 7-10 working day turnaround time.. It's been 3 months.. My debit amount was R1246.. I got ****** of R4700.. I can pay my scho fees or anything else.. Instead you credit my account like I asked for a credit.. I need to be reimbursed.. I have bills to pay..
