I have had a contract with Telkom for the past 4 years, my recent contract expired and I was charged the same amount on a month-to-month basis and received the same amount of data. Last month I decided to cancel my contract officially and Telkom took my money for the last time but they ****** me of my data, instead of getting my usual 60GB they only gave me 40GB. When I contact their agents via the chat function they hang up on me. On twitter Telkom is also ignoring me
