My partner took a Huawei mifi router, one of those montly deals @R99 for 5GB mothly data-24 months contract. We have had it since 2016, and this month we decided to query the fact that we were on holiday and only came back 5 days to use this 5GB but because it's the 15th of the month it's apparently exhausted?? It's always that around this time of each month the data is finished. At one point we surfed "out of data" and not even heavy just emails, some Google, Twitter and Facebook and we got a bill of + R500 to what we are paying already. Shocking but we still paid it! Just today we phoned the customer care serice 081180, and another shocker we were told that the contract we took is 500MB day and 500MB night data something like that? When did the contract change or is it plain *******? The person assisting us said she is transferring the call to the sales agent but it rang a few minutes and just went quite. Why? I'm seeking clarity and justice.
