Roaming not possible on Telkom.

Online documentation for contact details are not working. After searching the official Telkom websitte for help with activating roaming, I send and email to the specified address and recceive the following response:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: *** (***) The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
