Roaming deposit of R2000

After the inconvenience of having to go to a store to get the service actiavted and waiting another after 2 weeks of unsuccessful activation I have been informed that I had to pay R2000.00 to have the service activated. Due to the fact that a travel often I was desperate to have the service activated and paid the deposit. After confirming with a agent prior to me leaving the country that my roaming service was activated; I was shock to learn on arrival in Ethiopia that my roaming was not activated. On my return home I received a e mail that my roaming has now been activated, which did not help me much due to teh fact that I have already returned from my travels.

May lasest interaction with a customer service consultant indicated that teh deposit will be paid back after 10days of teh successful debit order. Unfortunately I have no convindence taht this will be done due to previous experience.

I have had successful debit order since and therefore do not understand for the deposit to remain. May I ask that the amount of R2000.00 gets paid back into my personal account asap.

Thank you

Regards
