Riverside Telkom branch

So here i am going to do a swim swap which, driving to i'llanga branch which is temporary closed due to covid-19. I was forced to drive to Riverside mall branch little did i know i will be humiliated and most frustrating part by our very own black sisters.

The reason for my visit was to do a sim swap which i was advised to do a affidavit, and to bring a copy of my POA and ID. Which i had them with me. Tried to explained what happened to the sim card before i could not even finish my sentence this lady just said "oh everybody says so and this is not I'llanga mall" just the audacity and dis respect was just unbearable.

What happened to a simply hear the story, she could not even bother to see the documents nor to ask the number in question. People around the counter started to stare an surprised on why would she talks like that, worst part loud.

WORSE branch ever, and this is service i am not paying for and would definitely cancel my contracts
