Risking our property and lives

<p>We live at 16 First Avenue, Lambton, Germiston.</p> <p>A couple of years ago Telkom installed overhead lines infront of our home on the sidewalk. Their "new" line crosses our powersupply lines at right angles and is now resting on our power lines. It is a miracle that the wires have not chafed through thus causing a short that would sever the wires and leave live wires lying accross the road. We have a guest house and such an occurrence would cut our power supply.</p> <p> Telkom Technicians pointed out the prolem to us, took photos and promissed to report the matter. Months have passed since then and no reaction.</p>
