Risking my credit record

I am getting sms that my account is overdue with R249.00?but I have made a payment on the 8th of May 2020 of R300,i have advised you that you can deduct the R198 that I was told at Centurion mall that it due on the last day of June to be debited because you busy sending me smses, if I get blacklisted from your incompetency I swear I will take this further, you probably doing this to us because we are poor and we can't take you further I swear hell will break loose, I sent the email and you can't even respond, what the hell do you need from me, you are busy ripping me off and yet too annoying that I ain't paying, please upgrade your system they are a hack and put us in risk no wonder a black child will never succeed in life you are busy ruining our credit record, I have been calling since January I will request all the call recordings I swear.
