Telkom is one very ******* mobile service who is charging customers for their incompetence.. Imagine saying I am in arrears but they are the ones that didn't deduct the installment and when I called them even to enquire why the payment were not taken, they told me no the previous payment covered the next month's payment now i receive sms that I am in arrears how fair is that... Telkom very poor service indeed... Will not recommend them to anyone
