They sell products then dont release them to clients, i bought bundles last week that are due to expire month end but to date i have not been able to use them, ive called ghe call center totally useless, used twitter but not getting any joy. And its not the first time this is happening they sell promo data bundles on *123# but its always such a nightmare to enjoy them until eventually they expire..so i don't know what ******** business telkom is now on but this is nonsense.
