Ripping me off here

Really tired of telkom. Feeling6im bring **********. Normally we R500 and something last month they took R800 this month over a thousand. Claiming i made lots of calls. Bull dust. I'm to ****** scared to use the landline to this. I work hard for my Money. A real pain to get in touch with them. Same story over and over. After near 9 years im thinking of canceling my contract.
