********** by Telkom every month..

We have a contract with Telkom of 10 gigabytes for business purpose but most of the time I use data to open up emails, during half of the month we get a message telling us that data has been used up and most of the times we can’t even log on because of network coverage. Now yesterday 10gigabytes was loaded to the SIM card as usual I only used data to open up some few emails and update my phone software when I check data today all the data has been used up and don’t know what’s going on Telkom is useless when you call their consultants will take you from pillar to post I’m sick and tired of reporting the same issue every month I want them to cancel my contract I’m done with Telkom they are just a *******..
