********** again high data usage

Telkom data is really annoying now and it's not fair on us as customers if the usage has gojenup inform us but there is no way I could have used up 5g in less than 24 hours... I normaly use 1g for a while week and this is bull**** I want my data back and stop taking advantage of your customers. Yourl did not get back to me the last time but sent me a text saying it's resolved yet its still ongoing and this is really annoying because I cannot get any work done
