In the last week of February 2015 I was visited by a Telkom Rep called Fani who came promising a 20mbps VDSL internet line, DSTV Explorer etc.etc. for R754.00. The deal sounded good so I signed a contract with him. Two weeks later I find out sorry, I can only get a 10mbps internet line, and its only R50 cheaper - for half the speed!!<br> I cancelled the order with him there and then. On the 20th of April I get a bill from Telkom (504E***e) charging me R874.53 for a service I never got. The internet has been so slow I cannot even load Facebook on my phone! Despite numerous calls to Fani, call centers that never answer and billing departments that can do nothing about it, I am stuck with a bill and nobody to help. Disgusting service, and this is the second time a rep has promised one thing and I ended up with a ******* product, and paying more than promised.
