I took out a data contract a few months ago. At the time I said I didn’t want a contract. The guy told me it was a month to month contract. And should I want to cancel i would need to pay a month cancellation. This was a uninspired service and basically after 10 days they throttled the service e they said I had used 150 gigs??? Anyway I wanted to cancel and was not told it’s a 24 month contract. It’s now a mission to sort out. I have been **********. I refuse to pay and now they want to sue me. Not happy
