Despite having disconnected my adsl line over a year ago, i am still being billed for a service I dont have. Because i don't pay these bills Telkom is handing me over to their legal department which is now affecting my credit rating. Their stores refuse to help saying it has to be done online but their telephones remain unanswered and emails ignored. Their stores only interested in sales. I pity the unsuspecting customers once the dirty deal id done and they discover that they sit without any customer services. I wish i had never ever heard of this company. They are an absolute nightmare.
